| What is your return policy? |
We use DVD-R. If your DVD does not work in your DVD Player we will
exchange the DVD -R with a DVD +R. You must mail back your DVDs for the
exchange. We are not responsible for lost DVD through the mail. Thus when

Both Standard and Premium DVD contain 48 chapters of equal duration and
very convenient on-screen menus for easy scene selection. With Premium
DVD we print all chapter thumbnails on a DVD cover so that you could
preview the content of your movie prior to inserting the disc into the DVD
player. Basic DVD is made without navigational menus with chapter marks
placed at every 6 minutes intervals.

You will surely be able to extract MPEG-2 files from your DVD using

content is digitally filtered, and the quality of sound and video is usually
better on a new DVD than on the original videotape. Although we are not
able to offer a custom videotape restoration or editing service, we
encourage you to preserve your video on DVD now to prevent its further
